Alcor v. Larry Johnson

Alcor is continuing its efforts to enforce a confidentiality agreement executed by Mr. Johnson, as well as a judgment entered against Mr. Johnson by a Maricopa County, Arizona judge. A motion for injunctive relief is still pending in the New York Supreme Court. A decision is expected to be rendered on December 11, 2009. Additionally, Alcor filed through counsel in Maricopa County, Arizona a motion to hold Larry Johnson in contempt of court for violating the previously entered judgment. That matter is also scheduled to be heard on December 11, 2009. Most recently, Alcor retained counsel in Las Vegas, Nevada to domesticate the Arizona judgment preventing Mr. Johnson from continuing his efforts to violate the many, signed confidentiality agreements and Arizona court order. This effort was necessary because Mr. Johnson presently resides in Nevada. Alcor is hopeful the various courts will understand that Mr. Johnson breached not just the agreements he signed, but also the confidence he obtained under false pretenses. With these continued legal efforts, Alcor simply desires that Mr. Johnson adhere to his prior agreements, abide by court orders and stop the wrongful dissemination of false information about Alcor for the purpose of his own financial gain.
